HQ-006 (NSW) Winter White BF2 RTV with canopy. Two seater one-tonne petrol six. Original Sunraysia wheels and centre caps. Owner was happy to chat about it for a few minutes, he’d paid $8K for it (used) some years back and it’s got 261K on the dial.

Wanna guess what this is? if you wanna hear it... https://youtu.be/l3rihhGZPrs Could leave it there without a Ford now, sheesh,... On the way home spotted this gem: Minter, yes V8, no 'stinker' that's for sure. But maaaate it was MINT. Cheers, One Mad Man

The engine was a 383 V8 (6.3L) Chrysler & the trans was a 727 Torqueflite & the 4WD FF had the world's first ABS system. The Interceptor was RWD only & could be had as a manual or auto. The Interceptor also had 3 different V8s available (all Chrysler) the 360, 383 & 440. Dr Terry Last edited by Dr Terry; 08-01-2025 at 07:42 AM. |

I saw one of them a few months back! Maybe the same one.
Also spotted today, a lightly modded Mazda 626 coupé, in red with blackout trim. And a late Triumph 2000S, restored in vibrant orange with black vinyl C-pillars. Often used to see a white 2000 with the “MD” pack so this was a nice change. |

Well clearly that's still an important factor in SA. Especially if you have a bank vault.
