cat back system for 300??with tip

ok i have been told that you can get a cat back system with sports muffler and tip for no more then 300 big ones, however i have rung everywhere around my area and all i can find is 450-500 for the cat back..
can sum1 please reccomend me a place in sydney thatll do a loud sports cat back wutha tip for under 300??
or am i dreaming.. 500 is that normal??
anyways any help would be great!
