No ones denying the common link between the Falcon/Terry and Commy/SW.
Both wagon varients have helped underpin the sedan, however, the reliance on Fords Decision to only produce large rwd vehicles means it has seriously hampered its viability.
Holden on the other hand can survive a downturn in the large car segment as the Cruze numbers are more than filling the void for now.

Ford turned their backs on small car manufacturing in a country that has seen a massive swing towards purchasing smaller cars.
