Default Ford model codes

hey guys, can anyone please tell me where i can get Ford model codes for model, engine, trans, paint & trim?

there used to be a book avalable at the ford discovery centre which had all of this info in it but im sure it sold out long ago, but give them a try. i bought 10 copies about 8 years ago but have handed all my spare copies over to other ford fans over the years.
