On the Pickles Salvage site is a listing for a 76 Marquis with a little bit of front damage. Appears to be in South Aust and is for sale in their E salvage auction.

Mate, I'd fly over at my cost and drive it back for you as I've done 14 nulla trips and love it
It looks in great condition but I suspect that LPG would have to be removed to get it started. They say it turns over but not that it starts, If its petrol/gas that shouldn't be a problem. |

I reckon you'd have more chance of getting it going on LPG than petrol. According to the id tag 302 t/bar ( should be C4 not FMX, that was for 351/ 5.8l - but who knows what could have happened over the years)

I thought so too
I guess the one to ask officially on this would be @Paull but having said that as I believe a JG63 was a ZH marquis and as ive always thought too that all the engine codes for ford v8's of this era marked as code Y to be a 302c to which this is both a JG63 with an engine code Y EDIT :~ and to add I think the trans R code was a 3 on the tree not t bar which could have also been change like that dash has to the XC GS type and prob the interior as I think the 3 on the tree which would also account as to why on the compliance plate its a 6 seater and not a 5 like mine says on its compliance

The dash must have been swapped out in the 1980's?

'T' under engine code is 5.8 4v (4v refers to carb not engine so it doesn't mean the big heads) didn't look closely thought the R was a B. my bad. the marquis was available in 302 & 351. full electric bucket seats, vinyl roof, different door trims. mate had one 302 coloum auto blue with blue trim nice car in the day
