Default to sell or not to sell?

hey all

ive got a xr8 fg 2009
174000 k's on the clock

my question is should i sell before it hits 200k?
had a 27k offer but not sure wether to cash out yet or wait?

any help would be appreciated

The market is crashing, i'd be taking that 27k in a heartbeat, that's great money for what it is.

I reckon sell.

Then see if you can buy it back again for $15K when the interest rates and inflation start hurting everyone in 12 months

I've seen more enthusiast cars pop up for sale in the last 4 weeks than i have in the last 12 months. Most are still asking a premium but none of them are selling at all. Soon we'll see the prices come right down. Seen a few lower km B series GT's come up under 30k this week, haven't seen those prices for a couple years. I'm keen for the crash, might buy more

Been a lot of cheap LS1 VX Commodores circulating around Facebook marketplace too.

Think the old V8 commodores must be hard to sell at the moment? I sold my VF Calais V8 wagon 4 months ago for $36,500 to a wholesaler.. I paid $29,500 for it 18 months prior, and abused it for 15,000kms...

It's still sitting in a caryard for 42k, 4 months on which is cheapish for a VF calais V8 wagon
