<RANT MODE ON>
Had my 60K service done yesterday at Nuford WA and a warranty job for the squeaky driver's seat - and after doing whatever they needed to do, they LEFT A DENT AND SOME DEEP SCRATCHES on the panel near the scuff plate and on the cheap plastic on the door, the B*ST*RDS. :SaiyanSmi I didn't notice it till I got home. Had to patch it with some touch up paint, and tried to hide the dent with a blob of paint. It's bloody heartbreaking when you try your best to look after your car, and other people don't think twice. I CAN'T STAND IDIOTS WHO DO NOT TAKE CARE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY AND THEN DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME ABOUT IT. NUFORD SERVICE, I'M LOOKING AT YOU. THAT IS **** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had a choice, I will NEVER EVER go back. Next time, I'll go through the whole car first before leaving the driveway. <RANT MODE OFF> |

When I had my cam installed, one of the clowns at the tuners backed my car into a wall. Better believe i was down there the next day. They fixed it, but did a half assed job at it, just the job they did on the cam itself.

Bit too late now but why didnt you take it back? Now youve gone and covered the marks you have no case but if you had have shown them I dare say they would have been up for replacing parts!

I didn't take it back, because I don't trust them one bit to fix it. Probably do another half arsed job. I'd rather fix it myself.
Besides, they'll try and insinuate that I did it myself, ie I have no proof. That's why next time I'll go over the car with a fine tooth comb before I drive off. |

At least with grease the panel's not dented. Probably stuffed up your paintwork a bit though..

I think the problem is that they probably get the apprentices to move the cars around. Some 1st year kid was probably recovering from being stoned or drunk when they drove your car. I saw it first hand at the local fod dealer, some moron drove an RV into a garage door (the car was too high) which required the A/C unit on top of the vehicle to need to be repaired, and the next day they scraped the same RV against the bullbar on an F150 when reversing it out of the garage. Needless to say I demand that the service manager or senior mechanic are the only ones to drive my ute. I also inspect the exterior of the car before i drive away (with the service manager). Fortunately they know i'm fussy as hell and they haven't done anything wrong so far.
